Altuzarra offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form provided during the online initiation process.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS carrier or drop it off at a local UPS service point; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
